Our story
Our journey of faith and fellowship
We are a fellowship of families, predominantly Telugu-speaking believers in Jesus Christ, united by a shared passion to know Him and make Him known.

Our journey began in 2006, when a small number of families started gathering in homes on weekends for prayer, worship, fellowship, and the study of God's Word. What started as a humble gathering gradually grew into a vibrant community of believers seeking to experience the realities of the New Covenant life in Christ.
Through years of faithfully meeting together, worshipping, praying, and meditating on the Scriptures, the Holy Spirit has continually deepened our understanding of the immeasurable riches of Christ. We have grown in appreciating the power of prayer, the blessing of Christian fellowship, and the significance of partaking in the Lord's Communion as members of one body.
As we have walked together in faith, we have learned to pursue spiritual maturity with purpose and perseverance, continually pressing forward toward the fullness of New Covenant life. Our desire is to grow in Christlikeness, allowing His life, grace, and love to be increasingly manifested through us.
We deeply respect and value believers from all Christian denominations who hold to the core truths of the Christian faith. We recognise that while traditions may differ, our unity is found in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour.

Gathering together
Our weekly fellowship
Every Sunday, we gather for:
Beyond our Sunday gatherings, we meet weekly for in-depth Bible study with believers who have a genuine hunger and thirst for God's Word. Together, we seek to grow in biblical understanding, spiritual wisdom, and practical Christian living.
- Congregational worship and praise
- Bible-based teaching and exhortation
- Personal worship and prayer time
- A Communion message followed by the Lord's Supper
- Sunday School for children
- Youth fellowship and spiritual development
Prayer & spiritual growth
Prayer remains at the heart of our fellowship. On the second Saturday of every month, we come together for a dedicated day of fasting and prayer, seeking God's presence, guidance, and transforming power in our lives, families, church, and community.
By God's grace, our fellowship continues to grow in faith, love, unity, and the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our prayer is that Christ would be glorified in everything we do and that many would come to experience the abundant life found in Him.
“Let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together...”
Hebrews 10:24–25
Leadership
Eldership at Lighthouse
At Lighthouse Christian Fellowship, we are committed to following the New Testament pattern for leadership within the local church as established by the apostles and taught in Scripture (Titus 1:5; Acts 14:23).
We believe that Christ, the Head of the Church, raises up spiritually mature and qualified elders to shepherd, oversee, and care for His people. These elders serve not as rulers over God's flock, but as servant leaders who lead by example, wisdom, prayer, and faithful teaching of God's Word.
Alongside other responsible brothers who faithfully serve in various ministries, our elders provide spiritual guidance, pastoral care, and oversight for the fellowship. Their responsibility is to watch over the spiritual well-being of the congregation and to encourage every believer toward growth, maturity, and wholehearted devotion to Christ.
In accordance with biblical teaching, members of the fellowship are encouraged to respect, honour, and cooperate with the spiritual oversight of the elders in matters concerning the life and ministry of the local church (Hebrews 13:17; 1 Thessalonians 5:12–13). This mutual relationship of leadership and accountability helps preserve unity, promotes healthy spiritual growth, and enables the church to fulfil God's purposes effectively.
Our mission
A pillar of hope
Everything we do flows from one calling: to know Him and to make Him known.
We are a fellowship of families united by a shared passion to know Christ and to make Him known — growing together in Christlikeness, proclaiming the Gospel, and serving in His love.
Fifteen convictions that shape what we believe, teach, and live.
